1. Getting Started

How do I sign up?

To register on our website, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Fill and submit the form in this link: https://app.savoir-relier.com/register

2. In a few minutes you will receive an email with a registration link (check your spam folder). Click on the link and follow instructions to complete your registration. 

3. Once finished you will be redirected to the login page where you can login with your email and password.

I can't log in!

Maybe you forgot your password, in this case you can reset it here.

Or maybe you didn’t finish your sign up. Remember once you’ve entered your email and password you have to finish the registration by clicking on the link sent to your email and following instructions.

If you didn’t receive an email or lost it, please contact support.

How do I delete my account?

We’re sorry to see you go 🙁

Please contact us directly at our support email support@savoirrelier.com so we can proceed with the permanent deletion of all your data.

Once the account deleted you cannot recover any type of information.

2. Within, Savoir-Relier’s app

Can I edit/change my Self-Portrait?

You can change your Self-Portraits whenever you want.

  1. Go to your Dashboard and click on “My Self-Portraits” button.
  2. Choose which Self-Portrait you want to edit from the dropdown.
  3. Modify it as you please
  4. Click Save.

I can't do a second Self-Portrait!

The “Redo a Self-Portrait” button located on the right of your Dashboard page will become accessible only after you have finished your 1st Self-Portrait AND that your Duo is finished.

You cannot do more than two Self-Portraits.

You can access all your Self-Portraits from your Dashboard page by clicking on the “My Self-Portraits” button.

My peer is not answering!

If you can’t contact your peer or he/she doesn’t get back to you. You can ask to cancel your Duo by click on the button at the bottom of your Experience page.

Once you cancel your Duo, we will automatically find another match for you.

If this persists please contact us.

How many Self-Portraits can I do?

You can do two Self-Portraits.

The second one will be available after you finish your first Duo.

Note that if you engage in another Duo, you will have to wait until the end of it to do your second Self-Portrait.

If you wish to redo a Self-Portrait that you have already done, we advise you to:

  • Download it to your computer so you have a copy of your old Self-Portrait
  • Edit the Questions and Self-Portrait you want to redo
  • Click Save

Why can't I redo a Duo or Self-Portrait?

Duos and Self-Portraits are part of the Savoir-Relier Experience. Once you have started one of them you have to finish to be able to continue the experience.

Please note that you can do only 2 Self-Portraits and unlimited Duos.

3. Coursera Questions

My code is not working

All Coursera students should add the code group: SR@COURSERA

If you haven’t done it during your signup, you can always add it from your Dashboard page.

What happens if I fall behind the deadline?

If you fall behind the deadline, you will “switch sessions” and will be given two extra weeks to complete the course. However, as Coursera policies have changed, you will have to pay for the new session.

Please note that this is not a Savoir-Relier.com decision but a Coursera policy and we cannot do anything about it.
