Resilience is an indispensable skill

With the pandemic there is higher demand to respond more efficiently to uncertainty and adversity. We developed our course focused on resilience, the capacity to bounce back from adversity, to equip individuals and groups with the right skillset including self-confidence, courage, agility and discernment.

 

 

The course is based on the Savoir-Relier methodology with deep convictions in mind:

  • We can’t predict everything
  • We have yet so much to learn about ourselves
  • We need each other
  • Our lives need meaning

Using the Savoir-Relier methodology and its 4-step process, this course will guide you to grow individual, interpersonal and collective resilience to meet the challenges you face in your life today.

 

 

Duration: 4 weeks

Workload: 2 hours per week

Group: 4 people minimum
You can either join an existing session or form your own group

Format: Full on-line with optional webinars on-demand
