Using L’ATELIER as a reservoir of knowledge and practice, in this program, you will develop relational competences within an entrepreneurial mindset. The program will help create the conditions for strong and sustainable human interaction in the company. With our Savoir-Relier method and tools every player will grow toward a shared purpose. Individuals and teams alike will feel engaged and motivated to build a future with a sense of belonging to a common culture.

Duration: 6 weeks

Workload: 2-3 hours per week

Group: 4 people minimum

Format: Full on-line with optional webinars (on-demand for a group of 6 min)

Much more than talking

The activities we propose are fun and natural but not random. Based on 30 years of research and practice the Savoir-Relier method has developed a set of activities and tools to develop individual and interpersonal trust.

 

You will feel confident in sharing and being yourself inside your Trusty as well as welcoming others and learning from your differences.

 

You will feel whole and part of the whole.

 

Content

Asking the right questions you will understand yourself better in your relationships circles from multiple perspectives with reflection and introspection.

 

Great relationships require the right posture. During this first week, we will set the basis for great interaction by focusing on introspection and self-reflection. You will get to know the Savoir-Relier protocol and you will be equipped to dive into the program.

Experiencing the true meaning of opening up to others: Learn how to build real trust in a one-on-one relationship across teams and better understand yourself in your relationships at the same time


During the second week you will begin the work of creating and developing a Trusty, a group of 4-6 people where deep trust is established.

More Duos can be done over lunch or breakfast with members of your trusty to complete the circle of trust

With this new team exercise, you will uncover each other’s key business challenges and seize opportunities for positive outcomes thanks to our Co-development activity that helps you learn from one another with trust.

Practicing the relational circuit to create a better understanding of and balance between your personal and professional sense of purpose, you will open the door to fine-tuning and adjusting your roadmap with the group.

 

You will put on the table the question of alignment and balance between personal and professional goals and commitments, make sense of your current situation and project to an improved environment.

Creating rituals and routines around the developing a savoir-relier mindset will foster lasting, open, constructive behaviors in the teams.

 

You will design a roadmap that includes practices and behaviors using the 3Gs as milestones for high reliability and effective group development. You will make your teams more robust and eager to meet day to day challenges using tools such as “check in” and “check out” for meetings and structured processes to make decisions that will be owned by everyone.
